TUSCAN SUNSET

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Uncle Val’s Botanical Gin
  • 1.5 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 1 splash Soda Water
Build gin and Aperol in a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with chilled prosecco and a splash of soda water. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon and lime wheel.
